Shipping and deliveries

Shipping process and production time
  • Production Time: We provide an estimated 30 day lead time for each order. This information is available on the item's page or in your shopping cart.
  • Order processing: Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Although we aim to dispatch your items promptly, actual delivery times may vary.
  • Tracking Information: Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided.

Customized products

  • Unique fabrication: Each product is made according to your specific requirements.
  • Final Sale Policy: Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned after the order is placed.
  • Start of fabrication: Fabrication begins immediately after you place your order.

Backorder items

  • Availability: These products are currently out of stock but will be available soon.

Transport

  • Carriers: We use POSTNORD for most land shipments, which typically require a signature upon delivery unless we are instructed not to.
  • Delivery time: Expect standard delivery within 30 days from order date. Once the item arrives at our warehouse and is shipped with tracking, it takes up to 3-5 business days.

Address changes

  • Pre-shipment: Call or email to make changes.
  • After shipment: Address changes can still be made, please call immediately if changes need to be made.

Delivery process:

  • Receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date to your local shipping terminal.
  • The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery on weekdays.
  • Inspect and sign for your delivery. Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt.

Shipping costs

Calculation: Shipping costs are determined at the end of the purchase.
